Albondigas Soup

I LOVE this soup. It's hearty,  flavorful and a complete meal. It also freezes well. The meatballs can be made in advance and frozen and then popped into your soup base whenever you want a quick, homemade meal. The addition of fresh lime or lemon juice right before serving adds a nice zing to the rich broth.
