Churros with Chocolate Sauce

I remember when traveling in Spain being super disappointed in the churros. They were definitely not like the kind we get at Costco or Disneyland. They were crunchy, skinny and dense and not very sweet. But they were authentic to Spain. These are very "Americanized" churros and they are not hard to make. You can even make the dough a day ahead and store it in the piping bag in the fridge before using. Then you can fry up fresh churros for dessert.

This weeks dish in the kitchen was good. It had a unique taste it being cooked cheese. I would of added a different cheese but overall I loved the cheese crackers and I will definitely make them again.

This was by far my favorite dish this year. The churros were really good they went really well with the chocolate sauce. I would make this again for me and my friends.

When we were about to put in the churros we first wanted to know if the oil was hot enough. We put in a drop of water the oil exploded meaning we overcooked the oil. I kinda got burnt but it wasn't really bad.The churros were crunchy and good. I would cook them again at home some day for sure.

The churros were very good but the chocolate is not my favorite. While I was heating up the oil I had to check if it was correct and it exploded all over me and my kitchen. It was also very fun to pipe the churros into the oil. I would make this again with out the chocolate sauce.

These churros were really good. The chocolate sauce that goes with the churros was not my favorite because it was a little bit to bitter for me. When my kitchen was frying the churros in the oil, it did not go as planned because the oil was too hot. I would make this dish again at home as a desert for my family and I to enjoy.

The churros were so good. I have never fried churros before and that was so much fun. But I didn't like the chocolate sauce. I didn't like it because I thought it was to sweet. Other than that I loved and would make them again.

The churros were amazing. I would make them again anytime. when I heard we were making churros I thought the process would be hard to make but instead it was the opposite it was so easy and took very little time. The chocolate sauce was no my favorite I rather have the churros without.

I LOVED making these churros with chocolate sauce they were so good and I loved the experience. My favorite part was frying the churros in the oil. I would love to make these again.

This dish was definitely not my best dishes, well to make it. I actually learned to make churros dough, i know how to make others dough's but not that. It tasted good and infact i wouldn't really make this again.

I didn't taste these chocolate covered churros but i'm sure they were delicious.The churro dough was so fun to make and the chocolate sauce was delicious.I am going to make these at home for sure.

i loved the churros but when we where making them we put water in the oil to see if it was hot and it started crackling.

Last week's dish was definitely one of the best we've ever made. The churro's came out crispy, but soft and were very sweet. I did enjoy making the chocolate sauce, but the outcome I have to admit the outcome wasn't as sweet as expected, and the portion was too big

Making this desert was super fun, it was super fun experience and working with my team was great. The texture was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would love to recreate this meal at home.

This was an okay dish. I didn't get any chocolate sauce and are dough was raw. But this was a really good dish.

The Churros on Friday were not bad.I expected it to have more flavor but other than that it was good with the chocolate sauce.I would rate this dish a solid 6/10

I loved eating the churros! Even if I wan't there when they made the fried churros. Making the chocolate sauce with my team even if we had to redo our sauce. Overall I would definitely make this dish again!

Overall the churros were okay. What I really liked about it was the sugar and cinnamon. But it was not the best because ours were thick so they did not cook all the way through, and they were a bit raw. This was a really fun dish to make though and I hope to try this again.

I really liked the churros. I do feel that the chocolate sauce was overpowering the churro taste though. I think that my kitchen had a fun time making them. I would make this at home, but maybe not with the chocolate sauce.

The churros were great. They were very fun to make and tasted great. The only thing that did not do good was that are tip broke off the bag so the churros were very thick making them a little bit raw. Everything else tasted great. The chocolate sauce also smelled great with the churros.

I thought the churros were fantastic. I would make it again in my house anytime. The churros came out to be crispy and the dough was very soft. The chocolate sauce created a very nice and rich flavor with the churros. I had a great time making this in the kitchen even though the field trip got in the way of some things.

The Churros and chocolate was a really delicious dessert I highly recommend making this dish if you would like something with chocolate and cinnamon. I enjoyed making this with my kitchen it was a very fun experience.

The churros on friday were good but the could had been better because we used dark chocolate but I rather had used milk chocolate for the sauce.I give this dish a 8/10.

I did not try the churros with chocolate. I dont like chocolate so if I tried these I think I wouldnt like them that much. I also had a good time making these.

This desert was for sure one of the best iv'e ever had! And it was very fun to prepare. But the chocolate wasn't that good because we did not prepare it correctly.

The Churros where amazing and everything went well in the kitchen. Me and my group did good and we work well together. The chocolate didnt come out as expected and we did not use it but the churros still tasted amazing with out the chocolate.

The churros were really good. It was a little hard to make these with only two people. The chocolate sauce was really oily so it would slip off the churros. Next time I would redo the chocolate sauce to make it not oily.

The churros were fun to make I heard evrybody getting scared of the oil when it would pop and sizzle. I wasnt a big fan of the chocolate but I really liked the churros.

This churros dipped in chocolate is my favorite dish we have made this semester. I loved how easy but yet tasty it is to eat and make this nice and simple snack. I loved cutting the dough into the pot with oil and watching it cook. I would love to make this dish again.

Although I missed one of days in the kitchen, I thought that the salad was pretty good for the most part. If I were to make this again I would make more Orzo or put in less vegetables because I couldn't taste the Orzo at all. My favorite part of this dish was definitely the dressing because it was really delicious and worked well with the salad.☺

The churros tasted great. Yet some of are churros were raw by a lot. That was maybe because we had to rush on some of are churros but besides that. AMAZING DISH.

At first the idea and thought of this dish sounded so delicious but little did my kitchen know this weeks dish was going to be a total disaster. Things went pretty smooth while making the chocolate sauce but everything went downhill when we started the churros. We had to cut our bag and this made the churros really thick and they got burnt on the outside and were completely raw on the inside. Plus two of got burned. I would make this again, but I would definitely be more careful.

Our churros came out really great. They were really crunchy and had the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar. Our chocolate sauce didn´t come out as great though. I love dipping the churros in the coating. I would love to make this at home again.

These churros were very good. They were sweet and went very well with the dark chocolate. It was very fun making squeezing the churros out with my kitchen. I would totally make this again as a desert with a little less sugar on the churros.

The Churros had an amazing flavor. It was not too sweet so it had the perfect flavor. My kitchen did a fantastic job making this dish. It was my first time making churros and I would love to make this again.

These churros were so great, but we screwed up the sauce. They cooked perfectly and they were great by themselves. Other than the sauce, our kitchen did pretty good. I would definetly make these again.

I liked how the churros were soft and crunchy but the chocolate sauce was very good but maybe if it was a bit more sweeter it would be much better.
