Grilled Lemon Chicken Caesar Salad

A complete meal! Lemony chicken with a crisp salad and crunchy croutons makes for a perfect lunch or dinner meal. The dressing is tangy and has a classic Caesar ingredient...anchovies. The briny taste of the anchovies pairs so well with creamy mayo and olive oil. Topped with shaved, fresh parmesan cheese this is a classic done well. **Below are pictures of my culinary arts classes salads (without the chicken).

Although I was unable to try the dressing with the Parmesan cheese I had the lettuce with croutons.The lettuce was crisp and the croutons were perfectly seasoned and crunchy

Although I was unable to try the dressing I loved the croutons but could of added a little more garlic on the croutons.

This salad was really great. I feel that we did make a little to much and I didn't fancy the croutons. The reason the croutons were not my favorite was because we did not add enough garlic so they didn't have that mush flavor. But other than that, the salad was great!
