Homemade Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Sandwich

Kids may get tired of eating a peanut butter and jam sandwich, but as an adult I truly look forward to it. I don't eat one often, but when I do I want fresh peanut butter (which is ridiculously easy to make if you have a food processor) and homemade jam. I prefer to make my own jam for a few reasons. First, it gives me something to do with fruit (mainly berries) that may look like they've seen better days. Cook them! I also appreciate that when I make jam I can control the amount of sugar that goes in it. Storing it in a mason jar in the fridge is easy and makes it accessible whenever I want a sweet topping for toast or even oatmeal.

What a awesome recipe we made! I love the Peanut Butter and it was pretty easy to make considering we just needed to make PB and J. Loved eating it.

The jelly was my favorite between the jelly and the Peanut butter. It was very fun cutting the strawberries even though we had a lot of bad ones

The PB,J was so good because my mom always makes some for me and my brother and sister and they taste the same that we made. I really like it.

This recipe was surprisingly easy to make. I was shocked at how yummy it was. I will definitely make this for my little sister. (she loves PB&J's) <3

I liked it the jelly, but it was a bit too sweet. I didn't eat the peanut butter because it's not my favorite thing to eat.

My favorite out of the peanut butter and jelly was the jelly. My favorite part about making it was making the peanut butter it was really fun watching it go in a circle.
