Italian Wedding Soup

It is still pretty warm here in Burbank in October - but I don't care. I will eat this soup in the heat because it is so good and very filling. I like using chicken for the meatballs as it is healthier than traditional beef and pork meatballs but also because in this soup it really doesn't matter. There are so many other flavor elements going on here that chicken works just as well. Italians use escarole as the leafy green in this soup but if you have a hard time finding it, which I do sometimes, spinach works just as well. Top with cheese and some fresh lemon juice and this is a complete meal!

Overall, the Italian Wedding Soup was pretty tasty. I liked how the warm broth complimented the crunchy vegetables in the soup. I think the tomatoes were a little overpowering, though. I learned how to cut carrots and celery into small, even pieces. I had a lot of fun this week and enjoyed making the amazing soup

The Italian Wedding Soup was wonderful and smooth. I loved every thing inside. But for me I strongly despise zucchini but the way you made the soup was awesome, and i loved the zucchini in this dish. When you eat it you don't even no its zucchini in my opinion.

When my kithchen heard about making the soup we were so excited. The meatballs were perfect but had a little spice. The soup had so many contrasting flavors that made it delicious. It was my first time making meatballs. Let’s just say that it was supper discussing but satisfying. I had a lot of fun making this delicious but very traditional soup.

In this recipe I really enjoyed the meat balls. The new skill I learned was taking the skin off the sausage. The overall experience was fun and my kitchen worked well together.

I loved the Italian soup, the soup was so devious and very flavorful. The meatballs were difficult to make because they kept sticking on to my hand. The meatballs were really good and the spot was so warm.

I loved the way the Italian wedding soup came out! It was very flavorful and the vegetables were very tasty. The meatballs were also very good. This was my first time ever making meatballs from scratch. I think my kitchen worked well together while preparing this dish.

This Italian wedding soup was amazing! If it was a colder day it would have made it a tiny bit more formal, and i mean to eat it in hot weather was okay. I enjoyed working with my team even though some of them did not want to be around the meat, it was still great. I learned how to make meat balls and now i know.

This was amazing.If it was colder, it kind of would have been better.. I eat a lot of soup but this one was my favorite.The meatballs tasted amazing and our kitchen enjoyed it.

The Italian wedding soup was amazing! The taste was flavorful and just very good in general. A skill I learned from making this is taking the skin off the sausage and making meatballs. My kitchen was very helpful and made this meal even more fun to make.

I had the vegetarian kind of this soup but it was still very good. My favorite thing in the soup was the vegetables. I liked shaving the carrot because it was fun.

The soup was very good, I loved all the veggies in it. It didnt even taste like there was veggies in it at all. I had a very fun time making it with Olive I just wish there was more cheese.

I did not eat the food but from what i could see it looked OK. I personally would not eat it because i don't like squash but the presentation was very good and and even had a nice garnish on top.

The Italian wedding soup was amazing! It was my first time making meatballs by scratch and it was very fun. I just loved the flavor of the soup and how every vegetable complimented the flavor. I would say my kitchen and I worked very well to make a fantastic soup!

I loved this dish! I think this was my favorite dish we have made so far. The flavor of the soup was so good and the meatballs were so yummy. The soup was so smooth and delicious!! When our kitchen was cutting the onions we cried so much but we had fun

When the soup s hot I am not a fan, but when it cools down it is magnificent. All those vegetables and meats together is by far the best soup I have ever had. The experience of making the soup was great in and out of the kitchen.

This was one of my favorite soups because it was so good and flavorful. One of favorite parts of this dish was the meat balls it was so soft and it had lots of flavor at once.I would definitely do it again.

This dish was really good, I loved all the vegetables in it and will make this again at home. A new experience was making meat and how dangerous the meat can be without proper usage. My team didn't like he preparation for the meat but it was still a really cool experience.

I love this soup! It was a lot of prep time but was still really fun to make. The meatballs where delicious and the pasta was a really nice touch. Overall I had a blast making and eating this dish.

This was such a good soup. It was perfectly seasoned and the meatballs were really good. A few pieces of vegetable were a bit too big but that was OK. I would definitely make this again it is one of my favorites.

I really loved this dish. I already love anything Italian and not to mention I LOVE soup soooo much. This dish is one of the more complicated dished to make but it was so worth it. I would definitely make this dish again.

I really did like this dish it was really good but I did not really like the meatballs that much though I just did not really like the combo-nation of all those meats together.I also never knew that you can put pasta in a soup, even though that they were little tiny ovals.

I Loved the Italian wedding soup it was my third favorite dish.l did not vare for the meatballs that much.My favorite part was the star noodles they were so good.My kitchen and I did a messy job doing the meatballs but it still turned out really good.

This recipe was a lot of fun to make because I had never made meatballs before but these tasted more delicious than any other meatballs I have ever had. The overall soup was delicious and I could eat the entire pot if I had the chance.

This soup was amazing! This dish reminded me of when my grandma used to make this same soup so it gave me a really warm feeling because it is one soup I eat a lot and it was so fun and very educating to make this soup for the first time with my own two hands.

I loved this dish it was so amazing handiling all the meats and mixing it in with my hands this is probably my most favorite dish of the year my kitchen worked together to do this quickly while I mixed the meatballs someone would scoop another would roll it was a great experience and I loved the taste of the broth the pasta and even the meatballs
