Lasagna Soup

This soup really does resemble the taste of lasagna. It's easier to make and puts a fun spin on the usual "pasta" dish. If you can put the soup bowls under a broiler to brûlée the cheese on top it makes it even yummier!

Although I was unable to add the cheese to my soup I think the lasagna tasted amazing and it was really fun to make!
