Nacho Mac and Cheese

This mac and cheese has a little kick to it. Some cumin and chipotle sauce make this taste like a Tex-Mex dish. Adding the roasted tomatoes with chilis also creates another element of heat and the juice from the tomatoes helps further flavor the sauce without more added fat. You can always add some cooked ground beef or shredded rotisserie chicken to make this a more balanced, protein-packed meal. Served with a vegetable side dish this makes for a different twist on mac and cheese dinner.

The dish was ok but my kitchen kind of messed up during the cheese sauce so the sauce didn't turn out that great.

I unfourtantly didnt have some because i was absent. My fellow kitchen members just had noodles and cheese because it was my turn to bring the ingredints and i kinda messed up. Judging by other peoples comments it seems like it was really good!

Our Mac and cheese was mostly pasta because we had to use spaghetti. It tasted like pasta, there wasn't much cheese. But otherwise it was very good.
