Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Oatmeal raisin is a classic cookie. We like using golden raisins instead of purple raisins and pecans. They seem to have a sweeter taste and juicier texture. Rolled oats are still the best to use (in my opinion). The smell of these baking away in the kitchen is heavenly.
