Potstickers

Potstickers are not complicated - except for the crimping part. I have a hard time making mine look as nice as professional potstickers. But I supposed the more I work with it the better I will get. The demo video features the talents of Evie - one of my catering students - who makes beautiful potstickers. Hooray for Evie!! The best thing about making these is they can be assembled ahead of time, placed on a sheet pan, frozen, popped off and kept in bags in the freezer until you are ready for them. If you don't want to pan-fry/steam them, they can be dropped in broth and eaten as soup dumplings.

These pot stickers where amazing. My favorite thing was frying the pot stickers. Also, the sauce was great with pot stickers. I loved these so much a made them twice and will definitely make them again.

The potstickers were one of my favorite dishes that we have made this year. The sauce went very well with the filling in the potsticker. My kitchen had fun using the wonton wrappers because we got to learn how to pinch and crimp. This is a dish I am looking forward to making at home.

The potstickers were one of my favorite dishes and was fun to make.I was scared to make it because I have never made them.Cooking them was a fun experince with my kitchen.

The pod-stickers were really good! Our kitchen had really fun making this and it was a cool experience. Cant wait to make them at home some time.

The potstickers where really amazing and fantastic. They where a delight to taste and the flavor was really sweet and salty. Our kitchen was really excited to make this dish. I would happily make this dish again.

The potstickers were delicious! I loved them! My favorite part was filling them. I loved making the look awesome. They were my favorite dish. Also hanging out with my kitchen was just as fun. I can’t wait to make this again!

l liked the potstickers but when l had them my stomach was hurting really bad but l thought it was really good l hadit on march 30 for dinner.

The potstickers were amazing. The sauce was a little sweet, but it was still amazing. I would add more heat into the sauce.

The potsticker were marvelous. With the the sauce they were spectacular. The experience making the potstickers was great I loved folding the Wong Tong wrappers. My dad actually liked it and I would totally make this again.

The pot stickers were very good. I liked the way they tasted and I like how the flavors rushed into my mouth when I had a bite. I would definitely make this dish again because it reminds me of Panda Express and I love that type of food style.

The gyoza (potstickers) were a lot better than what I originally expected. We messed up a lot on the wonton wrapppers but it turned out to be a lot better than some of the gyoza I try. I would make this again at home as it was fun to make in the kitchen.

The pot stickers were okay but I didn't like them that much because with the dipping sauce made them taste weird because it was to spicy but other than that they were really delicious. I would make at home though because my parents like pot stickers.

I didnt try the pot stickers but they looked good. My kitchens pot stickers did not turn out the best but they were ok. I think if I would have tried them I would have liked them

I though this dish was delicious, I have had a lots of different pot stickers before but these ones were made by me and my kitchen and they turned out really good. We did slip up a couple times but we were able to fix our mistakes and make a delicious dish. I would definitely make this dish again because it was one of my favorite dishes this semester.

The pot stickers were my favorite dish this year. My kitchen had so much fun making it. I enjoyed the crunchy out side and all the veggies and meat inside. The dipping sauce added a great flavor to the pot stickers.

These potstickers were so flavorful. They remind me of wontons. The hardest, but funnest part was stuffing and crimping the potstickers. I wuld recommend this dish to people who love chinese food. I would make this dish again.

I liked how we got to fold and put the meat on the potsticker. I also liked the sauce it was very savory and good. I liked the potstickers because they were crunchy and good.

I was not here to prepare the pop stickers, but my kitchen did a good job. These pop stickers should have been more crunchier. They did taste good though.

I personally really enjoyed the potstickers. It was so fun to fold each individual potsticker. The dipping sauce really made the dish come together. I would totally make this dish again.

Potstickers are my favorite and these are for sure the best potsticker iv'e ever had.I am so glad i learned how to make these homeade and this is definitely not the last time i will make them.

These pot stickers were great. My kitchen and I struggled to do certain parts of this but we got through. I learned how to make pot stickers, i've wanted to learn how to make it but i never got the chance until now. I would make this again.

I liked them but it was my first disaster in the kitchen. When we made them they were in good shape but when we came back the next day we figured we put a little too much soy sauce. They got stuck together which made it hard to boil them. We managed to roll them up and boil them. The sauce wasn't my favorite I tasted the ginger which I hate. Something new I did was not burn my self during the boiling part. I would make these again.

The pot stickers are really fun to make especially when we are folding the pot stickers it is the most satisfying thing ever. Me and my kitchen mates learned not to ever dd to much oil to the pot. I hope we can make more potstickers later in the future.
