Southwest Crepe-lette

This is my favorite way to make an omelette. I always struggle with flipping a thick omelette so I made an egg batter thin enough to resemble a crepe. It's much easier to flip and it's not as "eggy". You can fill them with anything. They sort of look like burritos minus the tortillas. We are using beans, tomatoes, cheese and some spices, but you could try cheddar cheese, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. These are good for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

This meal was the best meal my kitchen has made so far. We broke the eggs a bit but, the beans were delicious.

It was really fun making this dish and it tasted really good. It was fun cracking the egg and cracking it without the egg shells getting in the mix.

I really enjoyed this Crepe-lette and making it with my friends. It was difficult to time it and to flip, but Ms. Raluy helped us with that. It tasted great and I'd love to make it again.

It was very fun and awesome to cook with my classmates, It wasn't very hard to make and it tasted good but a bit odd with the cilantro. I liked swirling the pan. :3

My kitchen cooked the eggs wrong and made scrambled eggs. They were still good but we cooked the bean mixture wrong and I disliked it.
