Sweet and Savory Crepes

The sauce for these lemon caramel crepes is a bit tart so if you like lemons you'll love this dessert. Crepes are not hard to make and can be used for both savory dishes and sweet dishes. For this week's staff lunch special we made ham and gruyere crepes. Those are perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner.

These were unbelievably delicious. You may think it would be sour but it isn't, surprisingly. A must-do at home.

The crepes were very savory and sweet. The tangy taste of the lemon sauce was perfect combination with the crepes itself.
