TriColor Corn Tortillas

Tortillas are extremely inexpensive to make and are a lot of fun too! For this recipe we blended ingredients such as blacks beans, poblano peppers and dried ancho chilis to create three different flavors and colors to the traditional corn tortilla. Fresh, warm tortillas taste great with a little butter or some queso fresco. And the best part about this week is we discovered you can do this without owning a tortilla press. We just used a square (or round) pan and our muscles. Awesomely easy!

This recipe was much more easier than I originally thought. My group and I had so much fun making this dish. I had It with some beans and it was delicious.

The Four Corn Tortillas were delicious and surprisingly very easy to make. Our group had so much fun making the masa, my favorite one would have to be the poblano chili pepper. In my tortilla I had put quezo fresco and the flavor in my mouth was so good. The plain masa was a little to dry but, we added water a pinch of salt and that made it so much better. I have seen my grandma make homemade tortillas before and I won't have thought it would be so easy.

This dish would have to be my favorite because it tasted so good and was so easy to make .With the queso fresco it was so delicious!! My kitchen had so much fun making The Four Corn Tortillas.

This was really fun and cool to cook! Never saw of this recipe before so I was really curious about it but cooking it was easy and simple. It tasted good and also one part tastes like beans.

It was very fun to make and challenging. If we made it to thin it would break apart and it got very hard and annoying. But at the end it was very delicious.

I didn't have much torilla because a lot of people grabbed like 3 when I barley got one . But I had fun making torilla dough.
