Turkey Meatloaf

Turkey meatloaf doesn't sound that exciting. But I actually prefer this to beef meatloaf. This recipe makes for a moist loaf (as long as you don't over bake) and the leftovers are even better.

Using low-fat (90/10) turkey makes this a healthier-lighter version of meatloaf. Adding chicken stock keeps the meat moist while baking.

It was fun making. I liked the mash brown, and the beef. The best part from the beef was with the ketchup.

The meatloaf tasted like a burger, and I loved the sweet and salty contrast from the ketchup. We made the mashed potatoes, but overall the meatloaf was the best part.

I loved the way the meatloaf tasted. I never tried a good meatloaf before so I'm glad that it tasted good. Maybe I can get some of the extra from Ms. Raluy.

As my first time eating meatloaf I thought it was not going to be good. To my surprise it was very delicious. Mixing the meatloaf with the mashed potatoes made it even better.

It was fun making, I loved the mash potato. The turkey was my favorite with ketchup. So yeah hope this better.

The meatloaf was delicious. The mashed potatoes were alright too. Together, they were all around pretty good.

The turkey was very good I really enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes where also very good I would like to eat this a again.

The Meatloaf was the best dish that we have made!! The meatloaf was amazing and it was really juicy. The ketchup made everything taste way better. The mash potatoes were even better. They were a little cold but that was okay because it tasted like potato salad. This was 11 out of 10 and I will definitely make this again!

The turkey meatloaf was amazing and had an amazing taste and texture. The turkey tasted really good with the onions and ketchup added a great sweat taste. The meat loaf had an overall great taste and texture and I will end up making this one day at home.

The turkey meatloaf and mash potato was the best thing we have cooked so far. The meatloaf was very tasteful and the mashed potatoes where very creamy. I would rather do the potatoes at home then the meatloaf.

the meat loaf was good but it didn't have the most flavor and it had to much ketchup on it and it was little dry and it had i weird texture

I did not make the meatloaf but I was delicious. It tasted a lot like just ketchup and it was a little dry. Overall I liked it.

The meatloaf was absolutely amazing. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely eat this again. The mashed potatoes were just as good. It was hard making them but it was worth it.

The turkey meatloaf was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the gravy didn't look appealing but it was very delicious. I loved the meal overall and would like to have more.

The meat loaf was super good. I never really liked meat loaf but i thought this one was amazing. The mashed potatoes needed a little salt but other than that it was great.

The meatloaf was good, but I personally think it would be better if it wasn’t turkey meat and it was beef. On the other hand, the mashed potatoes were amazing. Mashed potatoes are my favorite food and these were perfect.
