Watermelon Paletas

The school year is winding down, the air is getting warmer, and we are all thinking about summer vacation! The idea of summer made me want to combine two warm-weather pleasures: cold watermelon and ice pops. These are super easy to make and do not require fancy equipment other than a blender.

These pallets were very refreshing. They mad a nice mix of watermelon and lime. I wish we could have added mint. I bet it makes it taste even more refreshing than before.

It was really good, like a regular palleta. At first I thought that they were going to be ok but not that good, but they actually tasted good.

The water melon Palletas were SO AMAZING. they were not to hard to bite into and the taste was so flavorful.
