Below you will find a sourdough bread recipe that produces bakery-quality loaves. It's awesome - time consuming - but so rewarding to know you made bread with only water, flour and a little salt.
In trying to jazz up fish and was inspired by a Tuscan chicken recipe I saw. It's luxurious and not something I would make often as it does involve cream - but it was sooooooo good!
Lastly, as I have been trying to buy in bulk to avoid frequent trips to the store, I have been blessed with an abundance of ripe bananas. Usually we make a banana shake with them (a great dessert that has almond milk, ripe bananas, ice, vanilla and cinnamon). But to spice up our Sunday morning pancake routine, we made banana pancakes in the blender. They were creamy and delicious! And sweet on their own.
