Are pasta was amazing. All the veggies worked really well. I made this dish for my family and they loved. The chicken, sauce, and veggies all worked well and this is a dish that doesn't take that long to make.
Having to make pasta was a really fun experience. Our kitchen had a great time making the pasta and seasoning the chicken. We thought that the chicken was low on seasoning but it really wasn't. I would make or try to do this again for my family.
My favorite thing about this dish was the sauce.Pesto was a perfect ingrediant for this pasta.Definetly going to make this again at home
The first pasta idea we created wasn't the best but we tried again and it worked a bit. We tried other people's pasta and they were pretty good.
When we were starting with our pasta we poured in milk and boiled it for a couple of minutes. We added the cheese, but it started melt and left sticky cheese, so we had to start all over again. We got some help from Ms. Rauly and our cheese started to look good. The cheese was a little grainy, but it taste great with the elbow pasta. We could of made a bit of tweaks to our pasta to make it good, but we didn't have the time. It was a great dish. Kitchen 4 pasta was delicious and the sausage was a great flavor and taste to add.
Our pasta was a lot different than what we intended. Rather than spicy, we had to change it to a lemony route. We had to add extra lemon juice and red pepper flakes (as a substitute for the chili we couldn't find). We had to go all over the place with what we saw on the website. The final product needed more salt and cheese than what it was intended to. But the addition to the shrimp made the dish make a lot more flavorful. The dish that our kitchen tried looked amazing and looked very creative. The taste needed something more though, other than that, the dish had a nice taste.
The pasta was kinda good the taste was not my favorite taste. The disine was good but the taste was not my favorite taste.
Making the pasta was super fun. My team and I had to taste the pasta to see if it was done and that was my favorite part. The pasta we had tasted good and the chicken was the best if you ask me.
The pasta puttanesca was amazing! We cooked the pasta perfectly. The sauce was also amazing even though we added olives, sun dried tomatoes and capers.
The pasta that I tried tasted kinda plain.I loved the decoration of it but i did not really loved the taste.I would recommend putting the sauce on the plate then butting the pasta over the sauce then putting the sauce on the outside.I really enjoyed eating your pasta
It was really fun that we got to make our own pasta. I had a good time making our own pasta with my kitchen. I did not try the other kitchens pasta though because it had olives and I dont like olives. But the way the pasta looked was good.
I loved our pasta. We wanted it to be simple but not plain.So we did a spaghetti but with Italian sausage to make it different. The we tasted was good i really liked it.

The pasta that we made came out really good. We made a pesto pasta and all the flavors were very powerful but still good. the only thing that we could of changed is how it was a little oily. I have made this pasta before and I will probable again. The pasta we tired was OK, it was not my favorite but it was still good.
The expirence making our Cajun Chicken Pasta was interensting. I never knew there was a seasoning called Cajun. It was fun sauting the mushroom and bell peppers. I didnt even notice, but it was fun making alfredo sauce from scratch. My family loves it, I love it, and I would totally make it again.
Making our pasta this week was super fun to make with my kitchen. My favorite part was when we had to taste our pasta to see if it was cooked. The pasta from the team that we tasted was really good. Their noodles were great and so was their chicken and I enjoyed it.
The Cajun Chicken Pasta was great and because this was are first time doing things on our own as in to who's doing this and that. Our Kitchen had fun making it though and loved how our Pasta tasted. The pasta that our Kitchen did try was Kitchen 2 the broccoli Alfredo sauce . It did taste amazing but the pasta was a basic recipe but it did taste really good.
My groups pasta was not the typical type of pasta for kids middle school. Pasta Puttensca is suppose to be made with olives anchovies, and capers. I ,myself, don enjoy anchovies and I don know what a caper is so finding a recipe to reduce many of the ingredients was hard. While making the dish we had to reduce even more items because we did not know if we could include it or not but the dish came out perfect. The kitchen who reviewed it liked it a lot. I would really suggest you making this pasta because it looks very good. You can even find more recipes with other flavors than the traditional way. The dish my group reviewed did not just look like something from a restaurant but it tasted like it did to. I was confused because it said it was chilli and chilli is suppose to be hot and the dish was cold but I liked it cold so I still gave it the good points it deserved. 👌👍
Pasta week was a blast because we got to make our own pasta dish!! It was so much fun looking for recipes and figuring out what type of pasta we were going to make. My kitchen decided to make Penne Alfredo with Broccoli and I think that was a great decision because we got a 5/5 on flavor. I think our dish came out really well, and looked really pretty when we were done garnishing it. I thought the dish that we judged was really creative and presented very nicely although it still needed some work on the flavor. Overall I think this was a great week and I can't wait for another week where we get to be creative and make our own dish again.
Our pasta dish turned out really good! We added sun dried tomatoes and plum tomatoes. I thought that the tomatoes would overpower the sauce but it taste really good! We went a little risky and added capers to our dish but tasted super yummy. The dish we reviewed was really good but it was cold. I think I would have liked it better heated up.
We made a lemon broccoli pasta.Our pasta tasted great and we got a score of 12 pout of 15.For a first time making pasta without any video i think we did good.We had tried kitchen 5 pasta and there pasta was good maybe they could try and fix the sauce a little.
My kitchen wanted to make Bolognese because we wanted a challenge. During the process of making the sauce was quit a long time. We had to wait an hour and a half for the lemon juice to evaporate. Then another half an hour for the milk to evaporate. But when you finish it, it was so good. We graded kitchen 7's dish. They had really good noodles and there broth was to die for. If I could go back in time to do this again I would over and over again.
It was fun to cook the shrimp. When we were cooking the shrimp I was scared to put in the shrimp in the pan at first then I got used it. The funny part was when the kitchen/judges said we didn't cook the shrimp all the way when it was already cooked when we bought it.I didn't get to taste the pasta because my kitchen put the shrimp into the pasta so I didn't eat. And we didn't have much pasta for us. We decided to cook this pasta because it was lemony and we never ate a pasta with lemon sauce. We decided to add a little spice to the shrimp to spice things up. When I ate the other kitchen's pasta it was fully cooked but it had too much sauce .
My kitchen and I decided to make Udon noddles because we all enjoy Japanese food and peculiarly Udon noodles and we wanted to learn the process of making it. At first we thought it would be hard to make but we wanted a challenge. It was not difficult to make at all. The only thing I would change about the Udon noddles would be to cook the broth longer so the carrots will be a little softer. Other wise the Udon noddles tasted amazing and I would make this dish again any time. My kitchen got to taste kitchen 4 past It was really good and I would eat it again but it was a little too lemony.
The first thing we did in are pasta was we made the sauce. The sauce took time to make but me and Lauren worked really hard while Dylan and Nicole cut the broccoli and mushrooms. My kitchen and I made the Udon noodles in Chicken Ramen Soup. It was so much fun stepping outside the box a little and making our own noodles. Although there not perfect, they tasted like a normal cooked noodle. I loved making the Chicken Ramen Soup, I have never tasted anything so fine, and delicious. I would love to make this dish again for a party, or for dinner.
My kitchen made Lemony Garlic Shrip Pasta. We decided to make this type of pasta because when we were deciding what type of pasta I suggested Lemon Pasta which is pasta that taste like lemon. But my kitchen did not want capers which is what we were going to put in it because it was part of the meal. But we all decided that lemon sounded good so we found this website that had Lemony Garlic Chicken Pasta. Most of my kitchen did not eat meat so we decided to only add shrip instead of Chicken with home-made pasta. Once we cooked the shrimp we forgot to add the spices but instead after we finished the cooking we pinched a little bit of the the sices on to the shrip. In the end it tasted great but our pasta was a little under cooked. Kitchen 1 pasta was the Creamy Tomato Pasta, it tasted good but the sauce was orange with big chunks of tomato which did not look appetizing but after my first bite it tasted good.
The pasta my kitchen chose to cook was Udon noodles. We made the pasta because we all loved Japanese food and wanted a challenge. It was so much fun making the noodles and winging the Ramen soup. I would make this dish again for many more people to enjoy. The pasta we got was good. It had to much lemon flavor that it was sour. Otherwise the pasta was amazing.
Our kitchen decided to do the udon noodles in chicken ramen soup. This is because we all love Japanese food. Although we did not do very well making the noodles the overall flavor was great. The soup had just enough spice and just enough of every which made the taste so rich. I would definitely make this dish again.

Our pasta was so fun to make and it was so delicious.I first thought of this pasta because my mom makes something similar at home and it is my favorite.I'm so glad i got to share this recipe with others.
Our kitchen decided to do the lemony shrimp pasta because we thought shrimp would taste really good with pasta and lemon. We also wanted to do it because I love lemon and we didn't want to make a creamy sauce. Some main things we put in our pasta was lemon, shrimp, parsley, garlic, and spinach. I think these ingredients worked really well together. I also loved making homemade noodles, it was a fun experience. I loved our pasta and thought everything tasted great. The pasta we ate was the creamy tomato pasta. The pasta we had wasn't the best and didn't look great. The pasta noodles were cooked great but the sauce needed more flavor because it just tasted like tomatoes.
My kitchen decided to make Bolognese for the pasta contest. We thought of Bolognese because we wanted to try something new and challenging. This was not the easiest pasta to make because it took a very long time. For example, we had to wait an hour and a half for the milk to evaporate and another hour and a half for the lemon juice to evaporate. This meal took a total of six hours to cook and absorb all of the flavors. The kitchen that we graded was kitchen seven and they had the Udon Noodles in Chicken Ramen Soup. This was a very delicious dish because you could taste all of the flavors in the soup. I would make both of these dishes at home.
We were in a rush to decide which pasta to do, so we just picked a quick and easy recipe. The sauce did not turn out how we liked it to be. I would maybe make this again at home. We judged kitchen 6 pasta and it was really warm and creamy. Even though the broccoli and mushroom were not our favorite, we still enjoyed it.
Our pasta came out really nicely! The vegetables complimented the sauce nicely, and nothing was overcooked. The other kitchen gave us a winning score of 13/15, which I think is pretty good. The kitchen´s pasta that we tried had really good chicken but the sauce was a bit out of place. Would definitely like to try the chicken again though.
My kitchen made the Lemon Broccoli pasta because we wanted something simply but we wanted it to taste a little different. The pasta was easy to make and the sauce was easy to make also. For the first time to make this pasta it was easy and it turned out good because we got a 12 out of 15. Kitchen 5 pasta needed tomato sauce with the meat because the sauce was only meat.
The bolognese is a traditional italian dish that we decided to make as new challenge. The pasta took a long time to make and the recipe was a really big challenge. The first time we made it we did not succeed and one of the people in our kitchen had to go home and remake it from the start. The two steps that took the longest was when we had to let the milk evaporate for an hour and a half. The other step was we had to let the lemon evaporate for the same amount of time. Kitchen 7 dish was very original and had a lot of flavor that we enjoyed. The overall outcome of the contest was positive and we are glad we made a challenging recipe.
We made bolognese because we wanted a challenge and to try something new. At first the sauce did not come out at all, it was not good. Then we made a plan to make the sauce at home and it turned out really good but that took 6 hours. At nutrition we had to come in the cook our noddles, pasta, and our garlic bread. The pasta we tried was really good but, the mushrooms were a little was to big for what they made. Overall, the dish was really good and I would for sure make the pasta again.
In our kitchen, we made chicken penne pesto. The chicken was flavorful, as well as the pesto, but the pasta needed to be cooked a little longer. Overall, the dish tasted good. We reviewed kitchen 2's pasta and tasted pretty good. There was not enough flavor in the dish and the pasta was doughy. It was good though. I would love to make my dish again.
We chose to make this pasta because we were looking for a quick easy recipe. The sauce for our pasta came out tasting to much like tomatoes. We tasted Kitchen 6´s pasta and it tasted good. I wasn´t a fan of the mushrooms, but overall I loved it.
Our pasta was a tube pasta with a creamy tomato sauce. Our pasta came out way more different than we expected. The kitchen that scored us gave us 10/15. We thought ourselves that it was pretty good. We tried our best but obviously we didn't win but its okay.
pasta week has many different dishes such as spaghetti and Italian sausage, mac and cheese and Bowtie pesto pasta but my personal favorite is the alfredo pasta.
Our pasta for this week was delicious. My kitchen and I had a good time making this pasta. It was easy and fun to make.
