Tenth Annual Chili Contest!

Each May all Culinary Arts students (catering class too) participate in a Chili Contest. Luther staff members are asked to judge and students have a few days to get their chili ready for judging. This year we had some interesting additions (chili in a wonton wrappers and then fried) and some standards like cornbread. The chili was rated based on taste, originality of the recipe used and presentation. It is always a fun rush at the end to get all the entries on the judging table in time. Below are some pictures.
