Chia Seed Pudding

The best way to describe this week's creation is easy and delicious. Chia seeds are a fantastic source of protein and fiber. They are also filled with omega-3 fatty acid (great for brain development). These seeds are sold everywhere now and are virtually tasteless. When added to any liquid the seeds transform into a soft, gelatinous substance making them the perfect base for pudding. The flavor combinations are endless once you know the basics. Milk and chia seeds. That's it. The rest is up to you.

The chai seed pudding had no flavor maybe it needed some strawberries or blueberries. The boba drink was good but it had to much boba. It was very sweet

The pudding was very good. I preferred when it had strawberries. It was easy and tasty. I will make this again.

Sadly I wasn't a big fan, but my family will be for sure!

The Chia Seed Pudding was an incredible taste. It was so good with the strawberries and blueberries. I will give the Chia Seed Pudding a 10 at of 1.

The Chia seed putting was very bland but had a unique shape. I enjoyed it most with sweetened coconut though, and honey. The chia seeds filled my stomach fast, and I got it bored of it quickly. I'm not sure I loved it, but I sure did like it.

The chia seed pudding was ok, I wasn,t a big fan of the texture. On the other hand, I loved how it tasted. The strawberries added extra flavor.

I have tried Chia seeds before, and was on the fence about them. Once making the pudding, it wasn't what I was expecting. It was very wet. I'm not sure if I made the correct consistency. But, it was okay. I'm not sure If I'll make it again, but if someone makes it for me, I would eat it with no problems.

The pudding had no flavor until I added coconut and honey. It tasted so good after I added the honey and coconut.
