Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. It's a complete meal full of protein and veggies and can be styled into any flavor combination you enjoy. We made a basic frittata base and added in Italian-flavor ingredients. But you could easily fashion this into a Tex-Mex flavor by using spicy sausage, cheddar or pepper jack cheese, black beans. tomatoes, cilantro and perhaps some cumin. Frittatas can be made in advance and served at room temperature and are perfect for entertaining.
